Creative Ways to Market 6 Minutes to Success

ok, so I admit it hasn't been easy - BUT...... I didn't give up and I've come up with a pretty cool way to market 6 Minutes to Success without too much effort at all.

The way I've done it is with an autoresponder. I've been building my mailing list for the past year. I have personal growth blog. You could check it out (link at the bottom). Since I've been building my mailing list, I figure I may as well make some money too :)

What I did was create 7 Principles to the Science of Getting Rich. I decided to email those 7 principles as seven emails to the people who have subscribed to my list. Each email includes a link to 6 Minutes to Success.

I've had around 3-5 people buy the program each month since January 2009. It's not millions of dollars, but it has been an extra $100-$150 each month and growing.

I'd be curious if anyone else has creative ideas on how to market this program.

Out of 85 people, I have eight people who have purchased Six Minutes. Like you Linda I have my Six Minutes link and also a Six Minutes banner. But I also have a personal yet short message about who Bob is as well as what Six Minutes will do for them. I finish by telling them to 'test drive' Six Minutes for free.

I'm in the process of trying something similar to Steve - building a list with a short video email series - then saying "if you want more like this that are ven better..."

I highly recommend tracking each method individually so you can tell which one is most effective. The way you do that is outlined in this youtube video I made.

The reason you want to track each thing that you do is so that you can see what is working and do more of that.

Also, you can create a link that goes viral, for example, this Les Brown Video was VERY popular:

Over 10,000 hits, if you sent out a link to that video with your custom affiliate code that you create in your affiliate back office, each time it gets forwarded, a cookie gets inserted into the persons computer.

When they go to youtube to watch the video, there is a link back to the sixminutes sales page and it will be coded to your affiliate id. Pretty cool eh?

Hi everyone, i have had a link in my email signature for about 6 motnhs. i have had many clicks, but no buyers yet. i am not giving up though. also i wanted to say hi to everyone and i look forward to working my way up to the Chairman's Club.

I agree with what you're saying. You've got some more pre-selling to do. People won't by from someone they don't trust. If the people who are clicking on your link don't know you, then they most likely won't buy from you.

Find a way to build trust with these people by creating a series of multiple messages through an email autoresponder. That way you can deliver value to them over and over again and they will reciprocate that good back with a purchase.

As far as conversions, I've had a much higher sales conversion rate for the 6M's written sales page as opposed to the video that Lanny created with Bob Proctor. The written sales page is converting at x3 more than the video of Bob.

These messages are part of my autoresponder in my Newsletter. You've got to keep in mind that cold leads are most likely to convert at about 1-3%, so you've got to have a lot of traffic if you're going to use the banner method.

Does anybody know if 6 minutes to success is already available in Spanish and other languages? I have heard that there is some material of Bob available in Spanish but I cannot find it anywhere. Can anybody help? Thanks!
